How to unstuck yourself.

The way we used to learn has changed so much. You can attend an online course from the comfort of your home and the host is in another part of the world. What I love is how we get to control what and how much we learn, what skills we want to acquire in order to improve our lives.

This has eliminated the " I don't have time" excuse. We can decide at what time of day we want to dedicate to our learning. There are books on literally anything we want to learn and every other day there is a new podcast that is targeted for a specific group of people.

Information is readily available only if we are international about consuming the things that contribute to our growth. Pastor Steven Furtick says we are a generation that is choking on information and I am sure you can agree. With all this information, how can we use it so it helps us to move forward and become better people?

Don't have time to read or learn something new? How about your toilet breaks? Welcome to toilet University! Did you know that the average person spends around 1 hour and 45 minutes (105 minutes) per week in the toilet? That's a significant amount of time that could be spent on something more enriching than social media or video games.

Here's a rough estimate of how many pages you could read during your weekly toilet time:
- Assuming an average reading speed of 2-3 minutes per page
- 105 minutes (weekly toilet time) ÷ 2.5 minutes per page (avg) = 42 pages per week.

That's a significant chunk of reading time! You could easily finish a book or two per month just by reading during your toilet breaks. Grab that book you've been meaning to read next time you go to the bathroom instead of scrolling through Instagram or tik tok. Your mind and your body will thank you and you will be working on that reading goal.
