Another reason is that people simply do not put action into making their idea a reality. They spend a lot of time planning, preparing, talking about it to anyone who is willing to listen. The truth is there are so many things that are fighting to get our attention and it’s easy to get caught up in everything and lose track of our long-term goal. Before you know it years go by and your dream keeps taking the back seat.

Whether it's starting a new business, getting in shape, or learning a new skill, achieving our goals requires more than just wishful thinking—it requires intentional action. One of the most effective ways to ensure progress towards your goals is by scheduling dedicated time in your calendar to work on them. You have to appoint time to go after your dream. It is not enough to have the goal written down on a piece of paper or on the vision board. What you do daily is what gets you a step closer or further away from the life you desire. Some wake up every day at 4am to pray, read, exercise and journal. They do this at the same time, everyday. They go to bed at the same time, wake up at the same time and they also eat at the same time daily. This helps them to build consistency and consistency is very key to achieving any goal.
